The method is teachable
Every judgment we teach breaks down into steps, checkpoints, and one sentence you can repeat back. If we cannot state it clearly, we do not teach it.
A complete screenwriting method you can be taught, can practice, and can reuse.
From a single idea to a script that can actually be shot.
We know why writers get tired of screenwriting courses. So this method does one thing: it breaks the judgments working screenwriters actually make into moves you can practice tonight.
BEFORE · No value turn
INT.
LIN sits on the bed, looking at the rejected script. She is sad.

Maybe I was never meant to write.
AFTER · Hope → Cost
INT.
LIN turns to the last page, tears off the corner with the address, and slips it into her wallet. The rent notice still sits on the table.

Friday. You'll have it Friday.
Same scene. Two changes: emotion became action, and the line stopped explaining and started fighting. That part is teachable.
Every judgment we teach breaks down into steps, checkpoints, and one sentence you can repeat back. If we cannot state it clearly, we do not teach it.
Every method comes with an assignment you can hand in and a checklist you can hold it against. You finish with pages, not with a feeling.
The method is scaffolding; the story is yours. We diagnose structure, locate the load-bearing beat, and prescribe an executable fix. You write the line.
The Method
This system has one hard rule: a problem in a lower layer is never fixed in a higher one. A sagging second act will not be repaired by better dialogue. Each layer defines what "done" means before you move up.
Done when: a stranger hears the logline and asks a question about the ending.
Done when: you can point at the outline and name the midpoint scene and the value it flips.
Done when: delete the scene and a later scene collapses.
Done when: a first-time reader describes images back to you, not emotions.
Done when: you can name why this draft beats the last one, beyond "it flows better".
Why layers? Most blocks live in the wrong layer. A writer who cannot write dialogue usually has a scene without an objective; a scene that will not move usually has a character without a want. Layers let you solve one problem at a time.
Craft Toolbox
The classical frameworks are not seven checklists every script must satisfy. We use them differently: diagnose the lesion first, then pick the blade that explains it. A missing midpoint and an on-the-nose line are different diseases.

What we do not promise. This method will not guarantee a hit, will not replace your lived experience, and will not tell you what to write about. It shortens the distance between knowing something is broken and knowing how to fix it.
How It Works
Video, audio, and text, chosen by what the material needs. Structure works on video, case studies read better as text, audio fits a commute — mixed inside one course.
Unlock by purchase or redemption code; the course keeps growing afterwards. Paid video is served through authenticated streaming, never a public link.
Every layer ships with an assignment and a checklist. When a method ends, you should hold a new outline, a new scene, or a new draft — not just notes.

一封信A Letter
[TO FILL — replace with a real account] The first time your script was turned down: the year, the title, the reason you were given.
[TO FILL] When you started teaching, how many writers you have worked with, and why you moved from lecturing to building a method.
[TO FILL] One promise you are willing to keep, in public.

Why this letter must be yours: everything else on this site can be outsourced. Students are buying judgment; judgment comes from experience; the experience is yours alone.
愿景Vision
Hollywood turned screenwriting craft into textbooks and exported them for a century. Chinese storytellers carry equally deep experience with no comparable system written down. We start in Chinese and build to a standard that survives translation. First it must work here. Then it must hold up anywhere.
